What can you expect at Oracle 2021?
At Oracle, we will move through a collective rites-of-passage ceremony into a collective creative process of visioning and idea generation of “where to next” for Illuman.
Oracle will include:
Fishbowl Councils between different groups in Illuman exploring pain points
Grief forgiveness rituals of organizational wounds
Marking of the West-North Passage (the Gateway of Forgiveness)
In the wake of the ceremony, councils to explore and imagine what is next for Illuman
Creativity warm-up
Idea generation sessions led by participants with participants
Exploration of ideas led by participants with participants
Closing Ritual
All participants receive a “Book of Proceedings” after Oracle that will have all the ideas that were explored post ceremony
The overall program will be held within the following time blocks with multiple breaks and times to leave the Zoom screen behind:
Wednesday, April 7th- 4:30-9p Eastern/1:30-6p Pacific Time
